We are seeking a self-motivated and customer service driven Business Development Coordinator who can create and nurture high quality project leads and manage data in our CRM system.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the sales team, the candidate will:
- Follow up marketing campaigns and events to generate prospect leads by telephone, identifying and qualifying opportunities for new business
- Manage our data (maintenance and communication of agreed data standards, on going data cleansing, data transformation and loading and regular monitoring of data quality)
- Ensure calls and emails are developed and qualified – liaising with Marketing and the Sales Office on current priorities, initiatives and developments
- Identify business opportunities and increase the activity of our sales team in the field with high quality face to face appointments and the obtaining of live opportunities into the office via post or email
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, self- disciplined, have great attention to detail and be a good communicator at all levels.
