I am 63 and wanted to paint my fence and asked the lady on live chat (Karen at technical support) which Face Mask I needed to use when painting with creocote. She advised me an FFP2, said because of Covid 19 they were hard to supply at a reasonable cost. She checked if there were single ones available to buy and came back with the response that unfortunately they were only sold in packs of 20, but she was going to send me a new one of her OWN. I cannot thank this lady and her Company highly enough for this gesture of kindness. I asked how I could reimburse her and she told me "someone was very kind to her son yesterday so it was the least she could do".If I were the Buyer of a Company, large or small, or even like me, joe public, I would have no hesitation in using this Company if this is an example of their customer service. Well done Karen and Camlab.
