These street scene surveys are required to assess the visual impact of a development or a change within the ‘Street Scene’. Generally these are on at least one or two properties either side of the proposed development.
Provision of any of the above information can be issued in 3 dimensions for input into a BIM system for total management of a building or construction project.

CD Surveys Ltd

We recently contracted CD Surveys to produce floor plans for all the properties in our portfolio in the area of Canterbury, Kent. We also required three site plans for properties which we propose developing this year. It only required one short meeting for us to brief their surveyor who immediately understood our requirements. The job was completed on time and the results were excellent. Their equipment was state-of-the-art and the surveyors highly professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with CD Surveys and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing surveying work.
