Charpaks' rigid plastic packaging products include own label packaging, new product development NPD, box inserts, clam packs, point of sale trays and transit trays. As well as a standard range, Charpak also provide a bespoke service.
Charpak plastic packaging products are adaptable to almost any shape, to maximise point of sale visibility. Our unique Charlok clip ensures pack security without the need for welding or further sealing.

Medical
At Charpak we have an on-site validated and monitored class 7 (class 10,000) pharmaceutical clean room, purpose designed and built by pharmaceutical clean room specialists to manufacture thermo formed and vacuum formed plastic packaging using the most stringent cleanliness levels expected. In addition, we have extensive food grade production facilities.

Materials
Charpak design and manufacture plastic packaging products from a wide variety of plastic film including bio-compostable and bio-degradable materials.
APET / PE, PETG can be supplied as clear or with a medical blue tint.
RPET is produced using a high percentage of consumer waste together with an ABA layer of food grade material. Our homogenised rPET material is produced using super clean PCW with FDA/FSA approval.
Specialised Polymers available as a mono layer high clarity film with multi-layer materials available to enhance specific properties including gaseous barrier, reduced evaporation, taint avoidance and chemical resistance.
