Job description:
The Commercial Co-ordinator will fill a vital role within the Commercial team; the role will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
- To support Commercial Manager in ensuring that all projects are completed and submitted within customer requested timescales.
- Liaise with Commercial Manager, ASM’s, GM’s & UK Sales manager as required during the project completion process.
- Create and maintain good relationships with TFC’s current supplier base ensuring best price is negotiated at all times.
- Support internal sales team / ASM’s with one off high volume or ‘special’ product enquiries.
- Support TFC Heathfield Buyer with placement of purchase orders as and when required.
- As required to support Commercial Manager in the Identification of new potential sources to complement TFC’s robust supply chain/product range.
- Assist in maintaining ‘Purchasing Bible’.
- Support the Commercial Manager/ Senior Buyer and other colleagues across the TFC Group with additional sourcing projects as and when required.
