These mounts achieve an isolation efficiency of 70% at speeds as low as 630 rpm with maximum load. OS mounts are available for loads ranging from 2.5 kg to 360 kg, ensuring that when paired with optimal design, they provide reliable performance and longevity. Each mount is colour coded for effortless identification.

Rubber & Neoprene Mounts | Type RR

Rubber & Neoprene Mounts | Type RR

Type RR/1 Ribbed isolation pads are expertly crafted from premium Neoprene, offering precise load deflections and exceptional resistance to ozone, fuel oils, cutting fluids, and more.

The ribbed design features a robust non-skid surface, with upper and lower ribs intersecting at perpendicular angles to prevent rib collapse and maximise surface area. The RR/1 pad provides a standard deflection of 2mm. For applications requiring greater deflection, multiple cold bonded layers can be utilised, with or without the addition of steel plates. Our pads are suitable for loads ranging from 2.0Kg/sq.cm to 12.0Kg/sq.cm.

Enclosed Spring Mounts | SM Series

Enclosed Spring Mounts | SM Series

The mount is a fully enclosed, high-stability, pre-compressed vibration isolator featuring light vertical and horizontal snubbing damping through a neoprene sealing ring. The pre-compression allows the free height and final levelled operating height to remain consistent, making this mount perfect for tight access situations where height is at a premium. Notably, it boasts a high ratio (up to 1.66:1) between the mount cap diameter and the installed height, providing enhanced stability. Mounts within this series also have a corresponding static deflection of 25mm (SM/1, SM/2).

Natural frequencies are based on a rigid support system beneath the mount. Load capacities for the mount range from 10kg to 1000kg in 5kg increments. This mount is primarily designed for light utility applications to support vertical loads, but it is advisable to assume a safe lateral load capacity of no less than 10% of the stated vertical load capacity of the mount.

Restrained Spring Mounts | RS Series

Restrained Spring Mounts | RS Series

The RS type mount is the primary 'power' mount within the Eurovib range of isolators. It features the OS series spring both laterally and vertically, which is restrained and snubbed to accommodate lateral and shock applications, as well as traditional isolation. These mounts are available in load ranges from 11 kg to 6000 kg as standard, with deflections of up to 75 mm for static deflection.

Isolation efficiencies exceeding 85% can be achieved at running speeds as low as 300 rpm under full load conditions. They are offered with both internal and external levelling facilities for enhanced versatility. Each unit is colour-coded for easy identification. Vibration isolation refers to techniques used to reduce the transmission of vibration between machinery and surrounding structures or occupants. In one scenario, the goal is to prevent vibrations generated by equipment operating within or near a building from affecting the structure itself, helping to maintain structural integrity and reduce unwanted movement or noise.

In the other scenario, vibration isolation is used to protect sensitive equipment or people inside a structure from vibrations originating from the building itself. This helps ensure comfort, accuracy of instruments, and proper functioning of equipment by minimising the impact of structural movement or external dynamic forces.
