I have been miss-informed, over charged and my complaint that i sent a month ago has not been addressed. On top of all of that, i still have not received by CSCS card, that's almost 2 months now. Construction Helpline is the worst company i have ever had to deal with and it relieves me to see so many complaints over the internet; their poor service is unacceptable. The staff give you different information and in many cases can not answer my questions. I was informed i would get a refund and then told i would not get a refund. They have over charged me by about £80. I will be telling everyone i know in my industry to not use this company, they are now off the list from the organisation that i work for, so thats 4000 people who will not use them in the future.
Initially I have send my documents on 17.03.2017 and after firm assurance from the Indian guys on the phone ,that I will get my card in 2 weeks time .I have waited 15 days and call them to find out that ,they lost my documents ,I have to sent it all over again !I was very unhappy !Then after the second attempt ,I was lied on the phone again and again that my card will be ready shortly and after 3 months waiting in my nerves ,finally the card came in !This very dishonest and unfair company dealing with your CSCS cards .I will never ,ever again use their services !!!They never give compensation about it !Stay away from them ,if you want be happy
Worst company in history. Changed my cscs booking 6x in less than 2 days. I had to book a retake as after such experience I attended with such negative thoughts and a lack of revision (as I had booked with time to revise and then had to book last minute with 6 changes to my booking!) The guy told me not to worry about bringing I'D as they have my passport IS on file from the 1st test a few days prior, I turn up and was unable to do my test and they didn't care that was also my retake money lost. They are a bunch of shysters, not 1 English person there, Office is vile IN mordan and in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff are extremely rude, never call back when agree to and always have an excuse for there errors which is always fired back to you not them. Never use them, they won't even refund my card money (even though the test and cscs card are 2 different payments as the card is charged by cscs on approval) so will have to take that up with claims people and book else where, now I have to loose a weeks money to attend another venue with another company. Complete waste of time, I suggest you learn English, manners and how to run a company properly before taking people's money. I've rated 1 star because that's the minimum, which is 1 star too many. Completely useless bunch of people who no absolutely nothing.
Rubbish company my son paid 200 pound for a 5 hour course was not given anything in writing to say he passed he is still waiting for a certificate. Now they want another £50 for the card, when he phones they hang up on him D O NOT USE THIS COMPANY We feel stupid for bring scammed
DO NOT CALL THEM.THIS IS NOT A CSCS CARDS SITE.They will take your money, they will advise you wrong and you will end up paying again to CSCS for your card. You will not get refund
My partner ordered a CSCS through this company and we have had nothing put problems since day 1. The card is supposed to arrive within a couple of days, three weeks after the card was ordered we called the company where a rude member of staff notified my partner that they had a backlog and his card was delayed but he should receive within 10 working days. At this point, that was not good enough having already waited 3 weeks, my partner only had a week left before security refused his entry onto site for not having a card but he was notified that there was nothing they could do. After having being off of work for a week due to not having a card, and being the last day in which he should have received the card (today) we called again at 11:30am and he was told by another rude and unenthusiatic member of staff that he had to wait 30 days from the 26th of November?!?!?! Why, we have no idea but upon going through to a manager he was informed that they would never have sent his card because he hadn't done the course required.. He has been working on site for 5+ years and does not need to complete a course to get his card in the first place so they did not create or send his card after 5 weeks and are trying to make excuses for that. When asking for a refund, we were told they cannot do that and they put the phone down. I called back myself at 14:30 and was told the manager wasn't in the office but would be back in 20 minutes so I would get a call back then. At 16:30, TWO HOURS LATER, I called back and explained the situation and was told that the manager wasn't in today and when I notified the member of staff we have already spoken to the manager today I was told I would get a call back from the manager in 10-15 minutes. Of course, once again, no call back. I called AGAIN at 17:55 and went through to a woman who apologised that I didn't get a call back and then put me on hold and said that the manager has said he will be dealing with this situation on Monday, I said this is not good enough as this is our 4th time calling today and we are continuously being put off so I want to speak to a manager today, she then told me that their office closes at 6pm so the manager has finished for the day (their website states that they are open until 7pm) when notifying her of this she said they used to be open until 7 but they have changed their hours, I said that is not my problem, as a manager, if he knew he was finishing at 6, he has had since 14:30 to call me so should have made the effort to do so then. She then thought she put me on hold and was talking about me to another colleague who told her to lie to me and tell me that the manager had gone home for the day. When I told her I heard that entire conversation I notified her that I will be taking them to court should she not put me through to a manager and refund my money today, at which point the manager was miraculously available!! I am absolutely furious and disgusted at the atrocious customer service and mannerisms of this company and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. My partner is expecting a refund within 3 business days and we will be looking into taking this company to court soon to recover the weeks worth of wages he has already lost due to their ignorance as well as earnings he is going to lose in the upcoming weeks waiting for a card to come from another company, again, due to their ignorance.
Awful service, rude staff. waited three months for a card which hasn't turned up. staff unwilling to help in any way. Please use CSCS direct instead of these people.
Firstly its expensive, better to go straight to CSCS. Secondly the company not very helpful, and not very responsive after they have taken payment. I would not use them again
