Non-woven materials are converted to discs, sheets
and other shapes, using the very latest flat bed cutting machines. Convertall have two of these machines.

Material can be converted from jumbo rolls up to 1600mm wide, or from large sheets.
 
Some materials are cut two or more layers at a time.
Products include paper, rubber, felt, mesh, as well as non-wovens.

Over the last decade Convertall Ltd has developed and grown from a contract converting and packing company into a specialist re-manufacturing solutions company.  Staffordshire based, we specialise in converting abrasive discs and sheets, providing abrasive products, games & kitted products, slit rolls and non-woven materials for industry as well as product remanufacturing.
