• Our Deltacalc online prognosis program has been specifically developed for the Delta PT plastic fastener and provides a lifetime durability forecasting under temperature stress and static stress.
• Our Altracalc program provides accurate forecasting for the EJOT Altracs Plus screw when working with light alloys.
Re-engineering support
To compile detailed tear-down reports, EJOT’s design and testing capability is being increasingly utilised with a need to revisit existing assemblies. The process works from the opposite end of the conceptual scale however the depth of analysis is just the same. This may be repetitive breakdown of the assembly line through to a need to create reduction through rationalisation of parts and processes. Our engineers are provided with a series of recommendations with the aim at cost or time improvements without compromising quality.
