About us

ERG Plastic Fabrication Ltd specialise in the bespoke design and manufacture of GRP and Composite Plastic vessels and associated products.

For more than 40 years we have been supplying a range of competitively priced equipment ranging from tanks, scrubbers and filters to silos, vessels, piping & ducting. All equipment is manufactured to ISO 9001 procedures and standards.

ERG's vessels and units are widely used across the globe in various process industry sectors including water treatment, food processing, pharmaceuticals, waste handling, fisheries, energy generation and more.

Plastic Fabrication

ERG Plastic Fabrication is able to fabricate from a wide range of common plastic and composite materials including Poly Vinyl Chloride, Unplasticated Poly Vinyl Chloride, Plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride, High-density Polyethylene, Poly Propylene & Glass Reinforced Plastic. Our experienced staff are also able to carry out fabrication from more specialist materials such as ECTFE, PVDF & ABS etc.
