About us

Fire Action Ltd is an independent fire services company based in Kent, serving the South East of England.
 
Fire Action Ltd was formed in 2001 to offer a complete range of fire safety products and services. The company is privately owned by Paul Garry and Louise Garry who run the business on a day to day basis.
 
Paul worked for two of the largest names in the fire protection industry but became increasingly disillusioned with the lack of customer care provided by these companies. Louise worked in Accountancy and Financial Management in the City.  To this end, Fire Action Ltd was started, with the intention of providing quality products and the very best in personal customer care.
 
Over the years our reputation has grown for providing an exceptional service, that has meant we have gained and retained a comprehensive customer base that includes many categories, including Schools, Colleges, Building Management Companies, Construction, and Retail.
 
We are committed to building on our achievement by providing the very best service to all our customers large and small.
