F5000 EXTRA Pro Screed 2 Part Latex Smoothing Compound & Pro Screed Latex Liquid

A versatile smoothing compound for levelling uneven floors before laying decorative floor coverings. Protein and Casein free this low odour formulation can be used in occupied and biologically sensitive areas.

Coverage: 5 - 6m2 @ 3mm per 23 kg bag + 5L liquid

- Self smoothing with excellent flow
- Very low odour
- Protein, ammonia and Casein free
- Feather edge to 10mm unfilled
- Useable under a surface DPM
- Suitable for use with underfloor heating

Powder available in 23 Kg bag; Liquid available in 5 Litre polybottles
- Walk on Time 11/2 Hours

Apply Floor covering
-Loose lay after 8 Hours
- Fully bonded onto absorbent sub floors after 12 hours
- Fully bonded onto non absorbent sub floors after 24 hours

Application Thickness
- Featheredge to 10mm unfilled From 10mm to 20mm filled (3mm granite chippings)
