Do not give these people your money!I bought an orthopaedic memory foam mattress for my son. You can feel the springs sticking out of it if you just run your hand over the surface. I’ve been in touch with them on two separate occasions to try to either get a refund, a replacement or even just a mattress topper sent to make the mattress usable. They responded at first then just ignored my requests. They provide the absolute worst products and truly abysmal customer service. I never thought people could be so immoral as to blatantly rip other people off by selling products that aren’t fit for purpose like this. My advice from experience is do not buy from this company.
