About us

Established in 2004, GE has grown from a single founding member to become a multi-skilled team of 30+ people, made up of talented and passionate ecological consultants, arboricultural consultants and land management operatives. Known until the beginning of 2020 as Green Ecology the company took a change in direction by rebranding to GE Consulting to reflect the companies diversification into disciplines other than ecology.
Recent growth has seen the opening of a Bristol office to work in conjunction with the team in our Exeter head office.
Our professional approach is delivered in a friendly and approachable manner where our aim is to deliver the best possible result for our clients using the experience held across our whole team.
Our ecologists are all members of CIEEM (Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management) and we work to their professional code of conduct. Likewise our arboriculturalists are all members of the Arboricultural Association and work to it’s professional code of conduct. All staff under take regular training (CPD) in the on-going pursuit of more knowledge to grow as professionals and to be able to better support our client base.
