DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. THE ADDRESS THEY GIVE IS EMPTY AS BIRMINGHAM TRADING STANDARDS INVESTIGATED FOR ME. WHEN I ORDERED ITEMS COSTING 60.00 AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM. ALL NUMBERS GIVEN ARE NEVER ANSWERED. SO PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SOMEONE SHOULD SHUT THE WEB SITE DOWN. ONLY THING LEFT OPENED TO ME IS THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT BUT NO ONE KNOWS HOW WE COULD CONTACT THE SO SAY COMPANY
My orders have not been received, dont know what is going on, paid for but did not deliver. tried every thing to contact, no reply, disputing the matter at the moment..dont know what is going on,should be shut down.. no way in contacting them, no customer reply...
Herbal health butler whiteI have ordered three times form them, my first order took over a week to arrive, and was incomplete - after numerous support tickets i eventually received the missing items.Order number two was for 4 comfort straps at 9.99 as advertised on their site, i received 2 straps!Order mumber three was for the same, i received one strap!They now do not reply to my tickets of query, and when i try phone them i get an answering service which does not allow one to leave a message.I wonder why they do not want to sort the situation as oppsed to ignoring me
I agree with all the comments that are posted here. absolutely a scam online company. I havent received my order for more than two weeks and despite all my effort writing them regarding the matter there isnt any single answer back, neither are they answering my calls. herbal health UK IS B.I.G- S.C.A.M AVOID THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dreadful service, support does not exist. Still trying to get my refund from them after 5 weeks.
I agree with the previous posters.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE IGNORANT ARROGANT IGNORERS.THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED FROM THEM.I have sent three tickets NO REPLYS.I have tried for 2 weeks now to get a response from their 0870 number, their 0844 number and their 0121 Birm ingham numbers. Unable to get through.This company is not contactable.DO NOT SAY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN WARNED.Butler White/Herbal Health are criminals.I am now going to take legal action against them and will probably make a personal stop into their premises along with my Rugby teamates who are as ticked off with them as I am.Lets see how they respond to 15 burly rugby players in their shop. That will be interesting!!!I have no choice in this section but to give one star......trust me, put a minus symbol in front of that
Yes DO NOT USE HERBAL HEALTH UK I ORDERED A PRODUCT ON THE 02/11/2010 BUT CANCELLED AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED I WAS ASSURED OF A REFUNFD BY THE 16/12/10 I AM STILL WAITING HAVE SENT THEM SEVERAL "TICKETS "ASKING WHERE MY REFUND IS BUT THEY ARE TOO IGNORANT TO REPLY AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER ANY CALLS MADE TO THE ABOVE NUMBER .THEY ARE A TOTAL WASTE OF SPACE
I placed an order online with this company two months ago and after various emails and phone calls I'm yet to speak to someone about my missing order. They have various other websites with all the same contact details (which don't work) I imagine they are all designed to take people's money with no intention of dispatching any goods.I would recommend to everyone to stay away from all their websites, just google "Butler White Ltd" and you will see what I mean.Absolute crooks!!!!!!!
Please do not use this company for mail order, my partner paid £150 in good faith to this company, after 2 months of waiting for her order to arrive she sent various messages to the company who finally replied saying the item was out of stock and that they would give her a full refune.After 4 months of ordering from Butler White my partner still has not had her refund (2 months after being told she would) and also not had her goods, they have now stopped replying to her messages and whenever she tries to call them they do not answer the phone, please also watch out for other affiliated companies they trade under as it appears this company is just collecting money of people with no intention of ever sending them goods or giving them refunds. Our next step is to visit their store in Birmingham, contact our bank and also to take legal action as we are fortunate that we can afford to take this route, please please do not spend any money with this company on mail order.RegardsWayne MorganFleetwood
