We signed a three-year-maintenance contract with them for two office printers. They sold us the contract on the basis that we would be charged an X amount per copy and that we wouldn't pay any additional charges. Later on they started charging for items which they shouldn't have charged and when we queried their invoice/s their director didn't like it, he was shouting on the phone, he put the phone down on us and said that he didn't want to deal with customers like us. We were querying their invoice/s for overcharges. In addition to that, they have also increased their price per copy by more than 10% but in the contract the maximum increase after the first year is 5% and to do that they would need to give a written notice in advance which we didn't receive. Based on our experience, our recommendation is that please ensure you check their paperwork properly before signing their contract and ensure that you check your invoices regularly against the contract.
