About us

Just Electronics is a Surrey-based Contract Electronics Manufacturer, offering a comprehensive range of assembly services to commercial customers in many types of industries. We specialise in small-to-medium batch sizes but are happy to manufacture items from prototypes up to larger quantities.

We offer PCB assembly (SMD and through-hole), cable/wiring assembly, mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly and box build/final assembly, plus many other associated services, including programming, dispatch, storage, and project management. Just Electronics thoroughly inspect every item before dispatching (by eye, using an AOI machine, or a 100x magnifier), and can perform functional tests where requested.

We can also perform upgrades, repairs, and refurbishments to products that we have built ourselves, or ones built by other suppliers. As a side line, we also offer a repair service for domestic electronic items (not white goods) which may have been "abandoned" by their manufacturers.

We are a small company, and pride ourselves on the hand-built parts of our work - not every job can be totally automated or built by machine. We can also respond quite quickly to occasional last-minute changes that need to be incorporated during manufacture.

For our assembly services we can purchase all or some of the parts, or work from a totally free-issued kit - whatever is most convenient for you. We have good contacts with suppliers in many sectors, and with designers of electronics and PCB layouts, if you ever need any assistance in those areas.

Our standard lead time for PCB Assembly is 20 working days where we are purchashing PCBs as well as parts (depending on batch size), but this time can be adjusted to suit your needs - 5 days or fewer in emergencies. The standard lead time for free-issued jobs is 10 working days, but again we try to fit your requirements. Larger batches to be delivered to a schedule can also be accommodated.

If you would like us to provide a quotation for manufacturing your product, please give us a call or send us an email in the first instance. We will be happy to sign a Confidentiality Agreement in advance if you wish. Then, if you can supply us with as much information as you have available (parts lists, drawings, gerber files, specifications, etc.), we will make a start on the quote - we do try to check everything in detail before we give you a price or a lead time.
