Very disappointed with the outcome. Not the fact that the data could not be recovered from the point where the card was corrupt but the fact that you stated you had recovered over 100 photos, obviously we were delighted, you sent a copy of the so called recovered data and wanted us to pay £450.00 plus VAT for the data we could already access.You were aware that we had previously sent the card to another data recovery company and informed you of their findings. Your findings were that there was nothing else on the card, even though over 300 files can clearly be seen but only about half would open.We never received the card back from you either.
