Leofric Building

Very poor. Built a concrete garage two years ago, and the pent roof as never been watertight. They have sporadically returned to try and fix it. First time, the chaos pointed out how the original builders had made numerous mistakes, including poor quality beams. Roof was rebuilt, but was still sagging, resulting in continued leaking. Then they returned and replaced the beans with larger beams, to no effect. Then I got a phone call to say it was my fault as the building was too long and wide for a pent roof, and the reason for the leak was that there was a 2cm drop from rear to front of the concrete pad. They had designed and built the garage, saying I could have any size no problem. The last call I had from them was asking me to pay for any further work.
