We have used M12 Solutions for our switch maintenance and telephony traffic NGNs and recording options for five years. They are responsive, in and out of hours, and prompt in delivering changes to routing and generally offer a ‘can do’ approach to issues.A particular element of their service is their willingness to investigate possible solutions and enhancements to our operations both at our behest and proactively in a comprehensive and non-sales, pushy way. When the investigations do not lead to an implementation, there is never any loss of desire to address the next one.
