In 2008 we chose Mailcoms to supply us with a franking machine for two reasons. They were very competitively priced and ensured that all costs were made clear to us with no hidden charges. They also instilled a confidence in us with regards to the level of after sales service we would receive throughout the contract.This confidence was substantiated through the initial delivery and set up of the machine and a fairly problem free couple of years, along with the supply of consumable items at excellent prices with timely deliveries . As our postage needs increased, Mailcoms were helpful in recommending a more appropriate machine which was swapped over with our original machine seamlessly.Unfortunately, the recent increase in postage charges proved to be too much for our machine and we had to call out an engineer to assist us. After an initial visit where the engineer tried his best to rectify the fault, it was deemed that we needed a replacement machine. We were slightly concerned about how long a replacement would take, especially with a bank holiday looming. Our concerns turned out to be groundless. The replacement machine was delivered in good time, (such good time we didn't have the correct member of staff present for the delivery!) which unfortunately meant we were unable to apply our settings to the machine. This issue, however, was quickly overcome, by the arrival of the Managing Director himself the following day, to help us out.It is this personal touch, in my opinion, that makes Mailcoms a worth recipient of a Cannock Chase Business Award. I would highly recommend them to other businesses.
Mailcoms have been refilling our ink for years and always provide a great reliable service. We send off our inks and within a few days we get them back cleaned, reset and refilled. This service has saved us £££'s when compared to buying new inks from from our franking machine manufacturer.
Thank you so much for your assistance in helping us with our latest mailshot. The Mail Send service has made such a difference to us this year. We would normally employ someone, full time for a month, to print and send our annual mailshot. Therefore not only have we saved on labour cost for this we have saved on the postage and stationary cost too. This whole process has been so easy and efficient and the support you have provided has been excellent. After the first few batches were sent, we decided to add a double sided colour leaflet. We are very happy with quality and have had a very good response. We will definitely be using Mailcoms services for all future mailshots.

Bought original Pitney Bowes Inks from Mailcoms , much cheaper than Pitney Bowes and delivered the next day. Can fault the service and in future we will always be busying our franking machine ink from Mailcoms.

I was lied to by this company about the service I payed for. Only after I had paid did the excuses begin (almost immediately). I have had to report them to Trading Standards for mis-selling.
