As a Director of Maritime Electrical we strive to ensure all of our customers are happy and satisfied with the work carried out by our engineers, and also any dealings with our dedicated customer services team, who are helpful, polite and understanding of our customer needs at all times.However during a follow up call to an existing client "K.E. from Denture Care Centre based in Horsham and Crawley" our representative encountered a problem when asking for a payment date for an invoice which was well overdue. The lady in question "K E"refused to give a date and immediately verbally attacked our customer service representative, the call was then handed to our office manager who explained that we simply required a date for payment of an overdue invoice.Today we received a call from the accounts department at the said Dental Practice, apologising for the mix up and non payment, apparently the accounts lady responsible was off work due to illness, and was of the understanding payment had already been made. However the bad review had already been posted.This could have easily been explained and certainly would have been accepted without the need to write a bad review. We are in the business of keeping customers happy at all costs and we hope that enables us to have an on-going relationship mutually beneficial to all parties concerned.
