Really good service. I ordered 12 doors. 1 of which did arrive damaged but they dealt with it really well and most importantly with no arguments. The door arrived the following week and they picked up the damaged one.
I ordered the incorrect amount of doors online and when I called the next morning they amended the order straight away and refunded the difference - there was no delay to my order. Good all round service

Items were initially out of stock and delivery took a little longer than anticipated. Feel I could have been better informed of orders progress. Probably an unusual situation, but frustrating, particularly as I phoned on a Friday afternoon re delivery and felt fobbed off with the answers I received. Nevertheless, product is excellent and arrived in perfect condition

Very good experience, kept informed all the way and when something we wanted was nother available they contacted us with a sensible alternative. Also spotted a mistake I made and asked me about it rather than just letting the order through. Only problem was the glass doors were not available pre finished so we had to order all pretty finished, hence the 4 stars on product. Overall excellent.
I was very lost when looking for the right locks for our new extension. Rafal took a very long time to help me advising and choosing the right locks for each door over the phone. They arrived promptly a few days later. Would use anytime again
