gotta give them their due. I made a bit of a fuss and they agreed to take the part back and refund. Fair play to that.
Rubbish returns policy. They advise that you order the parts in good time for your plumber. But dont let anything arrive more than 7 days before he will use it because if you have ordered the wrong thing there is no refund - even if unopen. Even if you offer to by the correct part from MyTub!! Just take your money locally where you can take back and do a swap if you buy the wrong thing. They are so blunt and uninterested it is unreal! The parts did arrive and relatively cheap enough, but dont make a mistake with your order!!
