I never received my order from Nail Delights which may be down to the courier. However after an initial fairly quick first response via email I have struggled to get a reply via email or phone, both of which I have tried several times. I have only asked for confirmation of whether I am likely to get a replacement or refund or whether I should pursue it with Royal Mail. I accept it may not be their fault but I would appreciate a reply or the phone to be answered (it's never been answered) .
