Very poor aftercare from this company after buying a rainwater barrel. Supplied with a rainwater diverter which did not fit. I was asked to supply photos, and sent a video. Then was asked to supply full written description of the problem, which I did, then I was asked to post it back as proof. At this stage I lost the will to live as I had already spent several hours and several emails, telephone conversations with the admin lady trying to resolve a very simple problem. The manager of the service has not had the courtesy to contact me directly and I am left without a rainwater diverter kit. All I wanted was a polite response and a refund. It is not worth the time and effort it would take to return a small item like this (cost is about £15). I am an NHS key worker and my time is precious. A very poor attitude to customers.
