Job description:

Position: Office Assistant – York 

Duties Include: 

  • Answering telephone & taking orders by phone and email.
  • Completing the order process and Invoicing onto Sage Accounts for same day dispatch.
  • General filing & sending out post. Willing to be flexible & help out where possible.

Successful candidates will need: 

  • Good telephone manner & time management skills.
  • A good level of Word processor Skills.
  • General Invoicing skills (Knowledge of Sage accounts, Act.).
  • Good customer service/ communication skills
  • Multi-functional and willing to work in a Team.
  • When necessary to able to work unsupervised.
