- Answering telephone & taking orders by phone and email.
- Completing the order process and Invoicing onto Sage Accounts for same day dispatch.
- General filing & sending out post. Willing to be flexible & help out where possible.
- Good telephone manner & time management skills.
- A good level of Word processor Skills.
- General Invoicing skills (Knowledge of Sage accounts, Act.).
- Good customer service/ communication skills
- Multi-functional and willing to work in a Team.
- When necessary to able to work unsupervised.
