After struggling with inferior plasterboard lifters we needed an urgent replacement. We ordered with Oxtrad as there was a human on the other side of the phone that arranged next day delivery. Levpano II Plasterboard Lifter LEVP2 is great. It saved us lots of time and the tradesmen were happy as it was stable, raise the boards from low to our ceiling height of 3.2m with no problem.
Delivery was much quicker than expected. Equipment all well packed and everything that should have been included was there. No missing parts.

I ordered 2 Hyundai SPER530 lawnmowers from Dave. 1 for myself and 1 for my brother in law. I initially called around a few places to try get a deal. Dave was very helpful, honest and there was no pressure to buy. Others didn't seem bothered to get my business. Once the lawnmowers were back in stock I called Dave back, again very polite, very sincere and I bought 2 lawnmowers from him, there was no doubt that I would be spending my money with Oxtrad tools.TNT couldn't find my address for delivery because of my new development, and I had to wait over a week before it reached me. Again during this time Dave was helpful, called TNT and Hyundai several times to get my lawnmower to me, he kept me updated even though it was not his issue.Great customer service, great advise, and a great man. I bought a Hyundai petrol pole saw. Very helpful discussion prior to purchase, swift delivery, excellent piece of kit. All good. Only grumble - purchase order said 'See product line for delivery' - couldn't make that work - so I didn't know exactly when it would arrive; and the name of the delivery company not given; the ability to give delivery instructions & track delivery would be handy - especially on large items that can't be left on the doorstep: what would have happened if no-one had been in? Would definitely use Oxtrad again.

Top notch service by this company ordered a blade from them unfortunately never had the 1 looking for but supplied a better 1 for the applications a was using it for which was a higher cost at no extra charge. Well have now used this blade best blade have used cuts tremendously well with no effort and at speed. Duro blades are must to have on you cutter. Thanks Dave Ashman for top customer service. 👍🏻
Ordered Hyundai HYM480SPER Lawn Mower yesterday at about 2.00 pm. delivered this morning. Took about 30 mins to assemble after viewing tutorial on you tube. Great m/c, excellent service.

I contacted Oxtrad Tools to inquire about buying one of their generators. I received immediate response eventhough I sent my inquiry at about 11pm. Again, feedback to my follow up questions were almost instantaneous. In less than an our following completing an order, making payment by bank transfer and providing evidence thereof, my generator was already booked for delivery the next day. I received the generator which was beautiful and nicely packaged. Excellent service by very polite and cordial personnel!

What can i say other that truly fantastic. ordered my generator and trolley kit from Dave as he was highly recommended by a lady at stephill generators. so that's exactly what i did. product arrived on time kept me informed even after 5pm. Dave still replied to my email regarding my order he truly went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. ten out of ten and will tell other people to buy from Dave.

Found this Company 18 months ago whilst searching for the best deal on a Hyundai Woodchipper. Couldn't decide so phoned them up & after a brief conversation realised this was the right choice. The truth, straight talking & didn't try to sell me what I wasn't going to use ! My Daughter bought a present for me solely by email & same quality service & delivery a few months later. My latest purchase is on the way being delivered. The item was not on his Hyundai list but after emailing was soon rectified his overlooking and listed for me to buy. Can't get better than that. If you don't see it ASK . Nothing is too much trouble & finally I am only a customer but when I find someone like-minded I always buy from them.
Needed a large chainsaw fast, as current one was too small. Found it here, for a fraction of the cost of a stihl. Arrived a day later and it did the job really well. Easy to put together too.
