Charged me over £60 for delivery to Australia, smashed my item to smithereens, then refused to refund anything at all as the customer didn’t take the tiny pieces to a post office - even though many many photos were supplied showing the damage, and the receiver reported it and got a reference number etc. they basically told me before I even made the claim I probably wouldn’t be paid out. PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THESE JOKERS, AS WELL AS THE CARRIER LANDMARK

I booked a DHL collection for my ecommerce sale. It should've next day collection. Nobody appeared on the next day. I have waited 1 more day. Nobody appeared. I called DHL and they do not have any clue about this firm nor my order! Then I cancelled the order and asked for refund. They said my will be refunded in 5 days. It has been 10 days today and there is still no money. Totally scam company.

Used service to send alcohol to Israel. Used Parcel Force and split into 3 packages, all packaged accordingly with respect to Parcel Force website.Although I never specified or even had the chance to choose whether these went by land or Air, the contents were obviously ignored and attempted to be sent by air -Parcel Force returned the packages - NOT TO ME - but back to Postage Supermarket. Let me be clear, my address was listed as the sender yet my packages were not returned to me."The sticker advised these items can only be sent surface mail and not air due to the contents."Now PS are holding my items prior to destroying them if I don't pay £180 (£60 per parcel) just to get them back. They are trying to say this is my fault yet I had no option on which route to choose and have avoided any questions on why they have my items and I didn't just get them back."we will only be able to hold this parcel for 4 weeks and after this time we will dispose of the goods"They are not just a postal search site, they have arranged different conditions with these postal services so all directions from the actual services such as Parcel Force etc.."our accounts terms and conditions are different then if you was to book direct with Parcelforce."Go direct, don't use these thieves.
