Unreal on the poor scale! rude and aggressive, mixed with abusive. Never managed to get it collected and canceled a child's xmas present collection in spite! avoid like the plague! AVOID!!
** AVOID AT ALL COSTS **This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. When purchasing postage, the 'information' tab stated that the postage came with extra cover (which I didn't opt for). When my APPLE IPAD 2 16GB arrived through TNT it was completely smashed. /Damaged. i took the photographs and refused to accept the delivery.Then after there is no response or communication from both the companies. I uploaded a photo on Facebook of my damaged item TNT Nederland contacted me and told me they will do needful. but no response at all from Postage Supermarket./TNT u.k Then i emailed them for my damaged. they were so rude and advised me it wasn't covered and its TNT who damaged it....and refused to assist me in any way. Even if you buy extra cover the goods damaged by them is not covered.Even if you pay through PAYPAL you are not covered and you will not get your refund..so why to use them.i have contacted TNT all they say is SORRY.n saying its through postage supermarket so they should escalate this matter TNT .But how when it straightaway refuse to help you . this companies are Mafias.They are irresponsible /insensitive and and Helpless.They have legal right to damage goods and can get away with sorry.please don't use them at all. Try to make aware other people about their services.Please share with world.very very NEGATIVE not even a one star.
Had a parcel sent using the business expedient service via TNT as the courier.Firstly they messed up the booking, and had to wait three more days before it was finally collected.Then no news of it arriving, so I checked up and the status was showing as 'there is a problem please contact TNT'. That's great as no one told me anything, I could have waited ages and not known.But contacting TNT was useless as they just made me wait another week while "investigating" it. Eventually they decided to pass the buck back to Postagesupermarket.This was bad enough, except now to add insult to injury Postagesupermarket did not want to help, saying its in the hands of TNT now, and insisted I have to call the international TNT offices ! Even they know full well the whole saga and the fact these where Xmas presents which were now already nearly 2 weeks late.I am still awaiting delivery of the item even now. Really cannot recommend Postagesupermarket, since if they take your order and money, they should see the service through to the end, but instead take the stance that once the order is taken and exited the UK, it is then between you and the courier and customs of that country to sort out.They even tried to effectively hold me to ransom by demanding I remove any bad review and then they my help.Absolutely appalling, avoid at all costs.
In response to the below review.Before we even booked the shipment for the 50" television, we phoned the customer TWICE to warn her that if the goods were damaged we would not be able to offer any compensation or claim with the courier. The customer accepted this on both occasions and we proceeded with the booking. All calls recorded so we can prove this. We have not been portrayed fairly in this cutsomers review at all.

Hi Im in Australia, i have used postage supermarket in the UK a couple of times and have been very happy. Infact recently i had real problems with a supplier not having my goods ready for collection and the postage supermarket went OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SORT THINGS OUT for me. I was really stressed as i was in another country but they were extra helpful and kept me informed. They actually sent the guy out 4 times for me! I was really impressed by the service and i would recommend them. I certainly will continue to use them and find the rates are very competitive so i use them over Australian companys. I dont usually write reviews but after every thing they did for me i can honestly say i had great service!
Extremely poor service-avoid at all costs5 weeks ago I returned from a holiday in Agadir, Morocco, where I unfortunately left my wallet behind. My wallet was found and was being held by the holiday company who told me that i needed to arrange a private courier.After trawling the internet I came across Postagesupermarket.com. This company blatantly expressed their experience and skill in imports and the high quality service standards they hold. Throughout the process I have had nothing but problems, different staff giving me different information, until finally after 5 weeks of negotiating they eventually sent me an email:Hello, TNT have contacted us with regards to your collection from Morocco. Customs in Morocco wont accept your invoice because it is not on company headed paper from Thomson and First Choice. Unfortunately due to this we have had to cancel and refund your order. I have issued a full refund back to your card via Sage Pay. Many thanksWhat sort of service is this, Don't promote the fact that you can deliver a service when you clearly don't have the experience, skill or motivation to do so!
TERRABLE AWFUL SERVICEparcel clearly marked fragile it arrived with box thrown and kicked around with boot marks on it where it appears to have been stamped onyet greg kenneday is completly ignoring my statutary rights now im having to take them to court i would not use them
they do not process orders ,item not picked up , will not return payment they ignore paypal,careful how you pay beware ,want you to cancel paypal claim saying they will then pay you doint do it
5 star service , always very helpfull , no waiting around for couriers all day . Just drop my parcels off and they do the rest. Been using this company six months now and all my parcels have been delivered on time without any faults . Which keeps all my customers very happy :-) *******
In response to our bad reviews, I would like to say that on both orders we did all that we could to help both of the customers involved. We have all of the email evidence of this should anyone wish to see it. Also in both cases these were customs issues, and anyone that knows about couriers wil no that there is very little anyone can do once customs have made their demands.
Anyone who has had problems with this company IF you paid via Paypal please let them know - I have spoken to them tonight and they have confirmed that if they get enough people complaining they will remove the facility from Postage Supermarket!
AWFUL service.... they took my money, my parcel sat in TNTs office for over a week and I eventually had to pay another courier company to deliver the parcel. Postage Supermarket are REFUSING to give me a refund - I am taking legal proceedings, but PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY... unless you have money to burn!
I sent a parcel to Belarus using the postagesupermarket service. They delivered the parcel only half a way and left it in customs without any opportunity for me to pay the customs duties and requiring the receiver to pick up the parcel himself (400 km away from the receiver's location). When I asked them for assistance, they suggested to destroy the parcel or send it back at my cost. I will NEVER use it again!
