Since the introduction of the PRIME A&I System we have been able to create in depth analysis of accidents, incidents and near miss reports to both our staff and guests. This has assisted in making a safer resort by easily spotting trends and being able to make swift changes where required. We have found the system to be simple for the initial user reporting the accident and allows us to confidently chase up further information when required. The ability to add documents and photographs means we can use the PRIME platform to base our investigations and be sure accidents, incidents and near misses are thoroughly investigated and closed off.
The team at Prime quickly helped us to get the system up and running, working how we wanted it to work, and since its launch we have had much better visibility of accidents and incidents across our centres
