Vacancy for Project Leader - Maintenance Sales & Supply:
Full Time, 40 hours per week, home based
Reporting to the Commercial Manager (Maintenance & Supply Sales) you will manage relationships with key accounts in order to secure new business and increase their purchases. You will carry out Contract Management of new and existing projects from quotation stage through to completion. The role will involve instigating and maintaining a detailed follow up system of recently completed and historically installed sites to ensure service contracts are won.
You will develop good relationships with FM Companies, Managing Agents and Mechanical & Electrical Contractors for existing and new business.
You will Project Manage refurbishment projects from quotation through to completion managing relationships with, contractors plus other external influences providing the best commercial solutions yet remaining competitive.
The successful Project Leader will be:
A proven track record of sales negotiation, meeting and exceeding targets gained in a regional sales role is essential alongside account Management of Companies ideally within the FM (facilities Management) sector (desirable).
Technical acumen gained from experience of electrical installation procedures is essential.
A proven track record of working in the Construction Industry and knowledge of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning market would be an advantage although training will be given to the right candidate.
IT literate you will have sales & negotiation ability along with evidence of where you have identified and won new business is vital to this role.
A full clean driver’s license will be required for this role as travel around an identified territory is required.
