Job description:
Based in the company offices in Bedford, you will be a key member of the Sales and Marketing team. We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic person to coordinate a variety of activities, in order to help drive the business forward. The successful candidate will provide essential support with sales administration, including the preparation of rental agreements, detailed customer proposals and additional sales and marketing material. You will be expected to generate and follow up on sales enquiries to organise face to face meetings and online demonstrations for the Account Managers. Other activities include maintenance of the company database, report generation, campaign analysis and assisting with the preparation and execution of Sales and Marketing events. The successful candidate will be well presented, have excellent communication and presentation skills to include Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. You need to possess excellent customer service skills and a great telephone manner. Attention to detail is a must to ensure the integrity of the brand is maintained at all times.
