We have been with Salon iris for many years now. We as a company, find that it's a great system to work with, easy for new staff to learn. Yet covers many areas of info for the business day to day and all the reports I feel you could possibly need to help run your business. As a business owner it is also the back up from there office which I find very valuable! Any problems or questions are delt with in a fast, professional yet friendly manor. It is also an evolving system which helps to keep my business up to date with the demands of both the business and the clients. The online booking is great!
