I was stuck in a rut with my previous salon software, not performing how I needed it to and it was also very slow. So after searching for quite some time and looking at various other software I was very happy to have found Salon Partner. Sharn has been so helpful, with the initial showing me around the software to the set up of the touchscreen hardware and lots more besides. I now have software that my staff love to use, since it is lightening fast at booking appointments, easy checkout, and gift card compatible. I have a whole range of reports to hand so I can now keep track with ease, on my stock, my client database, my staff and my finances. I am also able to log on to my salons computer wherever I am, so I do not need to be there to see how my business is performing. The SMS function is excellent at reducing the risk of no shows and the automated marketing feature in the software is fantastic too. The support I have experienced from Salon Partner is second to none. They are never too busy to help, and if there are any problems they are so quick to respond and resolve. There is so much more to Salon Partners excellent software and I would highly recommend them
