Unfortunately poor quality and poor customer service. Radiator arrived cracked in a number of areas and without required attachments for fitting. Plumbers had to purchase attachments day they came to fit. Contacted them to ask for £18 to cover this and was told they would send attachments out but unwilling to cover cost of purchasing. Plumbers obviously onsite so paid myself. Did not seem bothered or surprised by paint cracks. Disappointing, would avoid.
