Job description:
Must be experienced in buying all types of materials required for the manufacture of New Build Steel Portable Accommodation Offices, Steel Secure Stores etc.
A valid counterbalance fork truck licence an advantage but not essential. Good telephone manner is required for a very busy working environment. Must be able to order materials and process POD’s to the relevant invoices. Experience in carrying out monthly stock checks is essential. Keeping minimum stock levels at all times, unloading of materials and cross checking to POD, booking out and recording various types of materials, control of consignment stocks. Must be computer literate, working knowledge of spread sheets is an advantage. Good time keeping is essential.
