Mark Smith came and spent 2hrs explaining very clearly and in great detail our options: how we could do some of the work ourselves if we wanted to save some money, how to prevent the dry rot spreading further in the short term, where to check that it hadn't reached out of sight. All for no charge and this included a detailed survey, quoting for the different options.We could not believe our luck; most other companies seemewd to want to charge just for the survey!A thoroughly pleasant experience!
