From the moment i placed my order i knew it was not going to go well. Instead of arriving promptly i had to wait a few weeks as it kept getting misplaced in transit. When trying to return a part of the order the experience was much worse. I tried to contact them for a returns number on 5 occasions and never received an email response. When i finally did speak with them i was told just to return them. I did so and followed up with them to confirm receipt and they advised that they were busy due to a move but would action the refund shortly. A month later i am still waiting for a refund. Having tried several emails and a dozen calls i have failed to get in contact with anyone and am now passing the matter to Trading Standards.
