DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI wish I'd seen these comments before I ordered from them, fortunately I'm only going to be slightly out of pocket unlike a lot of comments that can be found on the internet. We ordered 27 tiles and received 26 we reported this and asked them to send out another, to which after some persuasion they did. This tile was not for the same batch but we were happy to live with this. This tile arrived damaged, chip to the corner, we informed them and asked them to send another as a replacement. They said that they couldn't send a replacement until we send a picture of the damage and return the tile. We sent a picture and explained that in order to return the tile it would cost more than the tile was worth. They insisted that it was returned as it had intrinsic value. I thought this came under a 'defect' (as a chip is a damage defect) in their T & C's therefore I would get the cost of delivery back but I was told I would not be refunded for any delivery charge, although their T&C's don't state what is done for damage. I offered to pay the cost of the tile as I was still saving money but they insisted that they need it back before they would send any replacement. We are now in a no win situation.SO IN SUMMARY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR AFTER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH YOUR DELIVERY, EVEN IF IT'S THEIR FAULT (E.G NOT FULFILLING THE ORDER), YOU AS THE CUSTOMER WILL BE OUT OF POCKET!
