We been tenant with Transkold renting office and van parking places.We don’t advice any small companies to rent with them for many reasons:1) They do have many contract type mainly when they see you small company ,in the contract they exclude the tenants rights act so they increase the rent they way they like without negotiating with the tenants ,they increased our rates 3 times within 6 months also they don’t protect the deposit so when you leave they deduct the way they like without the tenant acceptance.They do use very offensive language even by emails with a bullying style way , they do know that small companies don’t have solicitors representing them .When they know that tenant has no alternative place to move to they make use of this situation.
