Victor Gas Hot Cupboards Offer Exceptional Veraatility

Hot cupboards from Victor Manufacturing are known for quality, reliability and robust performance and are a common sight across all sectors of the hospitality industry.
As well as a full range of electric hot cupboards, Victor also manufacture gas model versions in its heavy duty, plain top Peer and Sceptre bains marie hot cupboard ranges. The Peer and Sceptre units are available for use with either natural gas or lpg and are third party certificated and CE marked in line with the EC gas directive. Gas models feature a combined spark ignition, flame failure and thermostatic control. Units are supplied with a standard BSP gas connection. A digital temperature display can be supplied as an optional extra. All gas models are supplied on height adjustable legs as standard with an option of castors as required.
All Peer and Sceptre range models are available as pass through with removable sliding doors to both sides with a choice of four lengths, ranging from 1200mm to 2240mm. Plain top units may also be specified in two tiers (1700mm high) with separate controls to each cupboard. Bespoke models featuring tray slides, overshelves, heated gantries and a drop down serving flaps can also be specified.
