Instarmac brands set Display Pods to stun

Instarmac Group brands Ultratile and Ultrafloor, have been used to stunning effect in the fit out of Ceramic Tile Merchants new showroom.
Subfloor preparation was carried out using Ultra Floor products, while the showroom itself, boasts a number of display pods, showing the latest tile trends, with displays fixed using Ultra Tile products.Ultra Floor Level IT HD top followed by epoxt paint was used for the stores wear surface. Level IT HD top is an industrial grade, self-levelling compound, enabling an extremely strong and perfectly level surface. Level IT HD top can be pumped and applied to depths from 5mm to 15mm. It is free from protein and ammonia, shrinkage compensated and polymer modified.
Two of Ultra Tile's most popular adhesives, ProFlex SP and SuperWhite WR Flex, completed the tiling part of the project. Ultra Tile ProFlex SP, a single part product, is polymer modified for increased bond strength and enhanced performance. The cementitious adhesive allows a 40 minute pot life and allowing grouting after just 2 1/2 hours. Being suitable for natural stone and porcelain, it was used on many of the different display pods.
SuperWhite WR Flex is is a ready mixed wall tile adhesive and the latest addition to the Ultra Tile line-up. It is brilliant white in colour, workable and highly flexible, so can be used where vibration is likely. With enhanced water resistance and anti-fungal technology, SuperWhite WR Flex is fully mould resistant.
To finish the display pods, Ceramic Tile Merchants used Flexjoint, Ultra Tile's leading tile grout which is ideal for joint widths from 1mm to 20mm. Flexjoint is easy to use, providing a hygienic finish in a range of colours, as well as being water and mould resistant.
