Sweet Squared ‘Serving the Pro’ with Best Customer Care at Scratch Star Awards 2013

Sunday June 2nd was the big night for Scratch Star Awards and Sweet Squared was beyond THRILLED to win Best Customer Service 2013!
Samantha and Samuel Sweet took both Linda Fawcett who heads up Customer Care and Debbie Davies who heads up Education, to enjoy the awards and evening at The Supper Club in Notting Hill London.Customer Care is the heart of S2... We really try to give 200% to our customers in all areas. We have had some wonderful letters of appreciation from so many and it was marvellous to know that our customers were bothered enough to vote for us in this category.
Scratch Stars is always fun because it gives the industry distributors a chance to win awards as well as the nail professionals themselves. We are enormously proud of the Sweet Squared team who honour our vision of how customers should be treated. This shows we are definitely doing something right.
It was a great night and both Samuel and I would like to congratulate Linda, Becki, Debbie, Kay, Chloe, Jodie, Athena, Justine, Carla, Jonathon, Irish Jenny, Yorkshire Jenny, Kelly B, Kelly W and Cherry as this Scratch Star Award truly belongs to them!!
