Flexistone Sandstone is the unique, flexible sandstone that can bend round features, saving time and money.
Available in a range of colours, the Flexistone has been designed to bend and curve around features that would traditionally have needed to be dressed with solid stone. The new technology now allows you to recreate the look and feel of stone without the expense and time it would take to cut and shape it.
For many shapes Flexistone is able to adapt easily and can be adhered to various types of substrate ranging from pre formed plywood and plastic to GRG, aluminum and steel. For really well defined applications such as coving or dado applications, Flexistone can be ordered in 1.0mm thickness that allows even 90 degree corners to be clad.
Flexistone can also be used in wet areas such bathrooms, swimming pools and shower areas with the use of appropriate grade adhesives and sealants, for decorative flooring and for complicated designs. Flexistone can even be used on exteriors using the right adhesives and sealants, making it not only water proof, but anti graffiti proof.
