Our Customers are Happy

As part of our continual business improvement process, we carry out customer satisfaction surveys to make sure we are obtaining high standards of quality and service.

This survey monitors our performance, response times, on-time deliveries, quality, service, installation performance and general communication and is analysed on a monthly basis.

We are pleased to confirm that 95% of our customers stated that they would continue to use JAS and indeed, recommend us.

We will continue to strive for 100% over the coming months and years.
