Torqueleader supplies Morgan Motor Company with QTC 320 Torque Wrench Analyser

Morgan Motor Company Ltd who are celebrating its centenary this year successfully gained at the end of 2008 ISO 9001 approval assisted through the installation of a Torqueleader supplied Torque Analyser.
Morgan currently has an 18-month order book. All Morgan cars are made to order with 90% being exported - many to Europe, especially Germany and France. At present they are making around 650 cars a year and have seven different models, price ranging from roughly £25k - £100k.
The classic cars have a wooden body fixed to a steel chassis. The body panels are aluminium and the Aero 8 and Aeromax are fixed to a bonded aluminium chassis. The smaller engines starting at 1.6 litres from Ford up to the larger 4.8 litre V8 engines from BMW are in the Aero 8 and Aeromax models.
