Stannah elevates the artists at Eastwood Park Theatre

Stannah have installed an MX finish passenger lift into the newly refurbished Eastwood Park Theatre in East Renfrewshire.
The theatre which originally opened in 1973 became a popular venue with local drama and musical groups for their performances. Re-designed with modern facilities and complete ‘access for all’ throughout the building, the theatre reopened in February 2007.
Already a popular attraction with the local community the theatre has now introduced a gallery and a café to give people even more reasons to visit. The site is a multi purpose site and houses the East Renfrewshire Arts Service offices, a leisure complex and a community hall.
The new 13 person passenger lift installed by Stannah provides access from the foyer and café area to the theatre and gallery on the first floor. The lift offers a well lit stylish car with the feeling of great space from the half height mirror on the rear wall. The lift complies with DDA requirements and the EN81-70 with features like speech synthesisers, tactile push buttons and digital display units. The MX lift car finish offers a variety of colour and lighting options.
