Imatec called upon Chambrelan to develop the innovative EASYLEV solution

Loading or unloading storage bins without the intervention of operators, evacuating an empty pallet easily without lifting it, Chambrelan has been working with Imatec since 2005, to design bin lifters and automatic pallet stackers, innovative technical solutions that make operators' work easier.
Jacques David, Imatec's business manager explains: "The great diversity of the products, their reactivity and their precious advice are the undeniable assets of Chambrelan. The deadlines and competitive prices make it a partner of choice.Limiting team workloads, reducing Musculoskeletal Disorders, securing tank handling and making production lines more fluid are the benefits of the EASYLEV solution, which improves productivity and work organization. For the development of the EASYLEV solution, the challenge was to integrate the most suitable guide rails.
From the design and production of our prototype, the teams had to work on loads ranging from 80 to 500 kilos.
Jacques David adds: "With Chambrelan, we did several tests using different prototypes, which allowed us to use a rail perfectly adapted to our device”
Today, collaboration and research continue, because Imatec now wishes to develop equipment dedicated to the food industry by integrating all-stainless steel rails.
