Hospitality restrictions - are you ready for 17th May

CEL have been busy throughout the pandemic, supplying catering equipment to many organisations including those allowed to remain open for click & collect or delivery orders. And we're ready for 17th May too - are you?
On 22 February 2021, Prime Minister Boris Johnson outlined the planned route out of lockdown for businesses in England. At each stage of the "roadmap", the Government will announce one week in advance whether restrictions will be eased as planned.
The plan is that on 17th May, indoor areas of hospitality venues will open along with indoor entertainment and visitor attractions. At this step, both outdoor and indoor gatherings or events, organised by a business, charity, public body or similar organisation, can be organised.
If all goes well, the Government hope to reopen remaining settings such as nightclubs and adult entertainment venues on 21st June and lift the restrictions on social contact and large events.
